HYDRO FLASK FULL REVIEW / IS IT WORTH IT?

Hydro Flask Full Review / Is it Worth it? Today, I’m going to review the Hydro Flask Water Bottle. It's definitely a great water bottle, but you need to ask yourself, Hydro Flask is it worth it and is hydro flask the best water bottle? Many people say this is the best insulated water bottle on the market or even just the best water bottle available, period. We're going to answer that question with a full stainless steel water bottle review. So before I get into my hydro flask review and over the pros and cons, let's discuss specs of the Hydro Flask water bottle. It comes in 7 different sizes, ranging from 12 ounces all the way up to 64 ounces. HydroFlask breaks it down into 3 key features - temperature, taste and transport.

#1 Temperature

Every Hydro Flask product uses what they call TempShield, which is their double wall, vacuum insulated technology that basically protects the temperature of your drink. This allows HydroFlask to make a relatively thin and lightweight water bottle without sacrificing performance. So cold drinks stay cold and and hot drink stay hot. If you fill it up with ice in the morning, you will still have ice in the afternoon. HydroFlask states that water stays cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks remain hot for up to 6 hours. Hydroflask also guarantees no condensation or heat transfer to outside the bottle.

#2 Taste

All HydroFlask products are made with 18/8 pro-grade stainless steel. Since this is a hydro flask stainless steel water bottle, it helps protects against flavor transfer, meaning the drink you put in their in the morning still tastes the same in the afternoon.

#3 Transport

HydroFlask had different cap options (I’m currently using a flex cap, which you see here) and their signature powder coat which adds a slip free grip and durability.

So now that we discussed the specs and Hydro Flask features, let's get into my Hydro Flask Honest Review and go over this stainless steel water bottle.

First, the pro’s:

The Hydro Flask does what it says and keeps your liquid cold all day. To be honest, I’m not a big fan of ice cold water, so I usually do not place in the water bottle. However, some of my friends have it does keep their water ice cold all day, so this feature is definitely true.

It’s a great way to keep you on tracking with staying hydrated during the day. The reason I purchased the hydro flask 64 oz size was specifically for this, and it really works out great. I fill it up in the morning and know that I’m drinking enough water during the day. Another nice things about having the hydro flask 64 oz bottle is that I don’t have to go find water or fill up a smaller size, since there is almost always water inside unless it’s later in the day. I should really do a hydro flask 64 oz water bottle review.

Now the cons.

I don’t have a lot of conn about the product. The first one is just based on my decision to buy a 64 oz water bottle, but this is really big. There is much really they could do about this. Since it’s too big to fit in a cup holder, I usually just keep it in the passenger seat while driving or keep it in a backpack during the day when I’m going to be doing a lot of walking. The smaller options can fit in a cup holder, so carrying around. This will be brought up in my hydro flask 64 oz review. You may also want to check out a hydro flask 32 oz bottle.

The thin design makes it nice and lightweight, but is you drop this, expect to experience some dings and scratches to the powder coat. Maybe this is because I purchased the black and you can see these marks more noticeably, but they don’t affect the performance of the water bottle. It does come with a lifetime warranty, so if you find the insulation not working as well or it’s damaged, contact them directly. I’ve never done this, but I have read that their customer service department does respond and take care of the customer.

We can’t review HydroFlask without addressing the price of a hydro flask. It is a little more expensive than some other water bottles out there. I’ve tried some cheaper water bottles, glass water bottles, etc. However, I find myself using this water bottle a lot more, mainly due to all the positive features I discussed above.

Overall, I would definitely recommend a Hydro Flask water bottle.
